Family Registration is $350* which is a non-refundable administration fee to start the recruitment process. The agency Placement Fee ( see table below) is also non-refundable and paid once the families Au Pair or Nanny has been confirmed.

Each placement includes a 4 week trial period and free replacement in the event your arrangement doesn’t work out.

Nannies and Au Pairs are NOT required to pay us any fees.

Our Nanny Recruitment Services cover all of Australia  ( excluding some rural areas – please check with us if you live in a remote/rural area)

How our fees work & costs

Our recruitment fees are charged in two parts.

1. Registration Fee due with application  which allows us to advertise and search our database for you.

2. Placement Fee only due when you hire one of the nannies we have introduced you to (see different fees below)

Families hire nannies directly and pay market rates depending on the nannies experience & the role requirements
