Dream Nannies look for the best Au Pairs for our Families so here’s what we look for:
- Females/Males (yes we have jobs for” Mannies” !) who love children and have some experience caring for them – Babysitting is a minimum
- Be willing to help around the home with light housework
- A friendly, positive and cheerful personality
- Be willing to complete background checks including references, Police Checks and Working With Children Checks
- Be willing to complete First Aid Course or Au Pair Training if required
- Be available for a 6 month placement – sometimes placements are shorter
- Be eligible for a Working Holiday Visa for Australia
